Additional staff information:
- Our trained Care Professionals are devoted people that share a deep passion for delivering top-notch home care to your family. However, when you bring a stranger into your home you want more than someone who’s kind hearted. You are trusting this individual with your loved one’s safety and well-being, and we understand that. Here’s how we strive to make sure each of our Care Professionals exemplifies our values of compassion, trust and expertise.
-Ongoing, World-Class Training: Each of our Care Professionals completes a comprehensive, multi-phased training program before they ever meet or serve a client. They also participate in periodic ongoing training programs as they are developed. Your Care Professional also may opt to take specialized training modules for advanced levels of caregiving, such as dementia care.
-Drug Screening: We conduct pre-employment drug screens on all of our Care Professionals. We strive to send Care Professionals into your home that we would invite into our own. It’s that simple.
-Compatibility Matching: The seniors we serve aren’t just ”clients” to us. They’re people. So are the Care Professionals we employ. And because personalities interact differently, we take great care to create compatible matches between each client and Care Professional.
-Insured: We are required to conduct thorough background checks on all of our prospective Care Professionals. Each Care Professional who enters your home is insured to help protect you against loss. We believe in taking care of the people who take care of your family.
