AARP Missouri and the Alzheimer’s Association, are hosting a free conference designed to empower caregivers. We invite you to come and connect with others, gain knowledge and leave with new tools that will help you navigate your caregiver journey. Join us for panel discussions on effective communication, understanding dementia related behaviors, exploring care & support services and more. Representatives will also be on hand to offer information on elder law, financial planning, care facility options, and a variety of community resources. Refreshments and a light lunch will be served, courtesy of AARP Missouri.
