The Dementia Innovations Summit is a one-day summit focusing on dementia and primary care. Our goal is to highlight the latest research, current and emerging state of effective cognitive health and best practices. Our target audience is medical professionals who are in a position to screen, diagnose and work with individuals at risk or living with dementia, including primary care provider teams and neurologists.
