California Alzheimer’s Advocacy Day is an important opportunity for awareness and advocacy by people who’ve been personally impacted by Alzheimer’s or other dementia. Come share your story with our state legislators to demand better care and support for Californians living with Alzheimer’s and all other dementia and their families!

Please Note: We want you to be prepared to share your personal story in your legislative meetings, participants are expected to attend or watch TWO 1-hour Zoom trainings prior to Advocacy Day. Information, dates, and times to follow.
Registration Fee and Travel Costs
There is a $50 registration fee to help cover event costs. We are able to provide a limited number of need-based scholarships to help offset the costs associated with attending Advocacy Day for those advocates who would otherwise be unable to participate. If you would like to request a fee waiver, please contact Kate Kriner, kkriner@alz.org, before completing your registration.

Photo Release Authorization - By completing this registration I grant permission to the Alzheimer's Association, the unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me at California Advocacy Day 2025 for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, and advertising. I hereby release the Alzheimer's Association and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images.
