Virtual Bereavement Support for Former Dementia Caregivers in partnership with Rockland Jewish Family Services. This group will meet for 7 sessions.

Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.

The group is for family members whose loss was within the last 12 months
The group will be held from 2:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m. via zoom on Wednesday's: April 2, 9.16 &30 and May 7, 14 and 21 The program will be facilitated by Carol King, LCSW & Debra Kagan-Birkeland, LMSW.
Pre- screening is required.
